长沙市“一村一大”项目实施现状及发展探讨

长沙市实施“一村一名大学生”计划既有可喜的形势，又有亟待解决的问题。从调研中了解到县乡村对此项目的宣传力度不大，对项目的理解不一，惠及面不广，财政缺乏有力支持，专业设置比较单一，这些恐怕都是全国性的问题。解决的途径是做好情况调研，与上级部门协调，加大项目宣传力度，扩大项目的社会影响力，做好三个延伸，让“一村一大”真正满足新农村建设对实用型人才的需求，加强教学研究和教学创新，努力提高教学质量，全面提升“一村一大”的品牌。

The Current Situation and Development of the "One Village,One University Student" Project Implementation in Changsha City

The implementation of ＂one village, one university student＂ project not only has achievement but also has some problems to be solved. From the research we have learned the project has not been promoted well in some rural counties and the consideration has not been united. Such as the lack of strong support for the financial, major setting simply, these probably are the similar issues in the nation. The way to resolve the issue is to do some research, coordination with the higher authorities, expand the project＇s social impact, so that the ＂one village, one university student＂ project will really suit for the new rural construction.
