| 摘 要： | 关注科技期刊编辑的人文素质,既是新形势下提高编辑水平的需要,也是出版事业本身发展的需要,更是科学技术和整个社会发展的需要。从对科技期刊编辑人文素质的地位和作用分析入手,探讨其内涵和特征,提出了加强科技期刊编辑人文素质培育的途径。

| Abstract: | Attentioning to the humanistic quality of sci-tech periodical editors is very important not only for the development of improving editing level under the new situation and publishing industry,but also for the development of science and technology and the society.Started with the analysis of status and effect of the humanistic quality,this paper discusses its connotation and characteristics,and brings forward the methods of strengthening the humanistic quality of sci-tech periodical editors. |
