| 摘 要： | 信息管理是为了提高社会活动参与者的系统功能、最终提高系统效率和系统输出而进行的活动。科学评价能够为信息管理顺利、正确进行提供指导方向，使得信息管理能够在一个正确思想指导下，以尽量小的投入得到更大收益、更好地发挥信息资源的功效，从而也使得科学评价体系更加完善，信息管理与科学评价二者相辅相成、共同发展，并促进信息化社会的不断进步。

| Abstract: | Information management can heighten the systematic function of social activity participants. It can heighten its systematic rate and the activities for systematic export in the end. Scientific evaluation can supply guiding direction for information management for its convenience and correctness in order to ensure the information management to achieve greater profit, and play better role of information resources with less investment under a correct thought. It can also make scientific evaluation system more complete. Both information management and scientific evaluation can supply each other and develop together. They can accurate the continuous progress of informed society together. |
