汽车车架有限元分析方法研究

摘    要:为了进一步对车架进行优化设计,采用有限元方法对车架在四种不同工况下的静力特性进行了分析,找出了薄弱部位,求出了薄弱部位的最大应力值和产生的最大变形量;然后为了验证静力特性分析结果的正确性,采用实验的方法求出关键部位的实际应力值,与之对比,分析结果基本符合要求,为进一步对车架进行改进和优化提供了依据.

Abstract:In order to optimize the design of automobile frames, the finite element method is adopted to ana- lyze the static performance of the frames under four different working conditions and to find the maximum stress value and the maximum deformation of the weak part. In order to verify the results of the static performance analysis, experiments are carried out to determine the actual stress value of the weak part. After a comparative analysis, the results are proved to be up to the standard. So the results of this study could be used as a reference for the improvement and optimization of automobile frames.
