| 摘 要： | 财政学科是以政府科学理财为研究对象的一门学科，学科建设应以科学发展观为指导，从财政学科特点、定位出发．把公平效率作为主线，构建学科课程体系，整合、协调学科知识内容，以人为本，构筑高素质的教师梯队，最终实现“宽口径、厚基础、强应用、重创新”的财政专业人才培养目标。

| Abstract: | Finance is a discipline targeted at how government should manage the finance scientifically. The fiscal discipline should be constructed with the guidance of scientific outlook on development, the fiscal disciplinary characteristics and orientation as the start- point, the equality and efficiency as the basehne. We should set up the disciplinary subject system, integrate and coordinate the disciplinary knowledge content, prepare high - quality teachers＇ echelon with human as the foremost and finally realize the financial major training target of ＂wide requirement, thick foundation, strong application, heavy innovation＂. |
