With the enlargement of recruit scale in Chinese colleges,the problem that it is hard for college graduates to obtain employment has become more and more extrusive.So as for educational technique majors,the employment is not optimistic for them.In order to meet with market needs,the training of educational technique professionals has to contact with employment.In this paper,we have probing into the training actuality of educational technique professionals,the employment for educational technique majors,the improvement of educational technique professionals' training pattern as well as the broadening of educational technique majors' employment channel.
