| 摘 要： | 发展是人类的永恒主题。马克思主义执政党的本质在于解放和发展社会生产力，以实现全体人民的共同富裕，党的十六大为我们绘制了振人心的全面建设小康社会的发展蓝图，实现这一宏伟蓝图，必须实施科教兴国的战略为实现小康目标培养数以千万计的各类人才。

The essence of the governor p arty of Marxism is to liberate and develop the productivity in order to make all the people get rich together.The 16th National Congress of the Party depicted a developing blueprint on building a fairly well-off society.To realize the bluep rint,we must implement the strategy of developing the country by relyi ng on scie nce and education,and foster thousands of talented persons for the goa l of building a fairly well-off society. |
