The Development of Shanxi Tourism Colleges and the Research of Human Resources Training

With the trend of economic globalization and the rapid development of the world tourism business, China has entered the ranks of the traveling great nations. The rise of the tourism business makes the increasing demand of the high quality tourism management talents. The cultivation of high quality tourism talents depends on a high level of tourism education. Therefore, the rapid and healthy development of the tourism economy depends on tourism educa- tion reform. To develop tourism colleges, we must to establish standard tourism education training system and improve the quality of the employed person.
