浅析重庆高校应用型人才培养的必要性及措施

重庆是一个典型的城乡二元结构地区，其发展关键在于加快培养和引进多层次、高素质的实用型人才．从重庆高校应用型人才培养现状上看，还远不能满足其需求，进而从重庆市经济发展、社会发展、高校发展和大学生就业四个方面分析了应用型人才培养的必要性，提出了校准人才培养目标定位、强化办学特色、加强实践教学、建立毕业生就业预警机制等措施，力图克服国际金融危机的不利影响，解决大学生就业难题，为重庆高校发展找到新的空间，为重庆经济社会发展解决人才资源问题．
