| 摘 要： | 企业文化是一种新的管理理论,在现代企业建设中有着极其重要的功用。具体到高校后勤企业来讲,如何界定高校后勤企业文化?高校后勤企业应建设一种什么样的企业文化?文章从校园亚文化角度初步阐述了高校后勤企业文化的内涵和应具备的育人、导向、激励等基本功能。

| Abstract: | Enterprise civilization is a new method of business management. It will play an important part in modem enterprise construction . But in the rear - service management of college. How do we define the rear - service civilization? what kind of enterprise civilization should be constructed in college? This article will state the intersion of the rear - service civilization and discuss some basic functions such as education, direction and encourgement and so on. |
