| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来,突破官僚制成为西方教育公共治理改革的一个重要前景.从改革策略上看,教育公共治理还无法突破官僚制,还需要官僚制.尽管教育官僚制无法从根本上得以突破,但是探索新的形式与新的结构却是必需的.

| Abstract: | Since 1980,breaking down educational bureaucracy has been an important prospect in the reform of educational governance in western countries.In the view of reform strategies,public governance of education has not yet broken down educational bureaucracy,and it needs bureaucracy.Although educational bureaucracy can't be broken down fundamentally,further reforms are necessary to explore some new forms and structures. |
