| Abstract: | The high flowing rate of hotel staff is a ubiquitous problem in whole trade,and is always the difficult problem that winding the superintendents.The author analyses the drain of hotel staff from many aspects deeply,and has put forward the corresponding countermeasure to stabilize the staff troop.Need to set up the ideology of people foremost,cultivate the hotel civilization,construct the mobile mechanism. |
