| 摘 要： | 我国的反垄断法酝酿近20载,但是至今仍未出台。而其中的掣肘之一便是关于反垄断执法机构的设置。选择何种反垄断执法机构模式亦是各界普遍关注的焦点。本文在介绍、分析国外反垄断执法机构的主要设置模式及其共性特点的基础上,结合我国反垄断执法机构的现状,进而提出我国反垄断执法机构设置模式的构想。

| Abstract: | The anti-monopoly law of our country has been drawn up for nearly 20 years,but it has not debut by far.One of the reasons is about the establishment of the anti-monopoly law enforcement organs.The public pays close attention to the choice of the type of the anti-monopoly law enforcement organs.This paper is to introduce the main type of the anti-monopoly law enforcement organs in other countries,analyze the common features of them,based on the above,and then come up with the conception of the choice of the anti-monopoly law enforcement organs for our country. |
