| 摘 要： | 近年来，高校学生欠费现象日益突出和严重。面对少则百万、多则千万的欠费，学校想尽了各种办法，不但效果不明显，反而造成很多负面影响。高校实现收费制并轨后，学费、住宿费收入已成为高校一项重要财源。高额的欠费，严重影响了高校财政的正常运转。采取有效措施解决高校学生欠费问题，已成为高校财务管理工作的重点内容之一。

| Abstract: | Recently, student debt-owing is becoming a serious problem,which the school administration does its best to deal with. But the result is not very satisfactory. Under the newly-reformed school charge system, tuition and accommodation charge provide important financial resources. Large amount of student debt--owing seriously affects the school＇s operation. So for the school finance section,it is essential to take effective measures to help solve the problem. |
