| 摘 要： | 当代中国正处于从计划经济体制向市场经济体制转换的特殊历史时期。在体制转 换的过程中，社会支持既面临着巨大机遇，又面临着严峻挑战。体制转换中的社会支持机制应是一个由政府支持机制、群体支持机制和个体支持机制组成的综合体系。

| Abstract: | China is now in a certain period when it is changing from the planned economy system to the market economy system. During this period,the social support faces not only favourable opportunities but also stern trials. The social support mechanism should be a synthetical system which is made up of the government support mechanism, the group support mechanism and the personal support mechanism. |
