| 摘 要： | 回溯性电子献资源的开发和利用，对图书馆和社会都有重大的作用。本从意义出发，重点分析了影响回溯性电子献资源建设的因素，综合论述了我国回溯性电子献资源建设现存的问题，并据此提出了相关的建议。
