| 摘 要： | 在健关探选修课教学实践中,引入微格教学法在任课班中进行实验研究.研究结果表明:微格教学法能有效地降低学习者运动技能的学习难度:示范、指导与实践三者紧密结合,更能及时、全面,反馈教学信息,增强教学效果.

| Abstract: | In the selected course of aerobics practice-teaching,Micro-teaching method is introduced in a class for an experiment, and the result show:Micro Teaching can effectively reduce the learners' learning difficulty in sports skills;and demonstrations and guidance and practice are more closely integrated,which can feedback teaching information and enhance the teaching effect timely and comprehensively. |
