摘    要:信息公开是干部选拔任用工作的重要内容。信息不对称、保守工作秘密要求等对干部选拔任用工作信息公开有影响和制约作用。为解决这一问题,要纠正一些习以为常的思想观念,深化对干部选拔任用工作信息公开的认识,按照"适时、适度、准确、规范"的原则,处理好信息公开与保守秘密的关系,积极探索实现干部选拔任用工作信息公开的制度化、规范化、科学化的有效途径。

Abstract:The information publicity is the important content of the work of choosing and appointing cadres. The non-symmetrical-ness of information and deeping secret requirement have influence and limitations to the work of choosing and appointing cadres. In or-der to solve this problem,some ideas should be corrected and the recognitions to the work information publicity of choosing and appoin-ting cadres should be deepened. It is necessary to deal with the relation between them under the principles of on-time,on-degree,ac-curacy and formalness,so as to probe into the effective measures of realizing the systemization,formalness and scientificness of the word information publicity of choosing and appointing cadres.
