Firmly Keep on Serving the Elemental Education---Ideas on the Issues of Reforming and Development of Teachers Education in Gannan Normal University

Local normal colleges and universities are all facing a big question of how to promote the teachers education reforming and improve the level of serving the elemental education. This paper probes into the ways and channels of the teachers education refor-ming and development,on the basis of the realities of the teachers education reforming and development in Gannan Normal University and from the aspects of our running-university orientation,training model of talents,coordinating innovation with the local authorities and promotion of research level,and itˊs of great significance for promoting the teachers education reforming and development.
