| 摘 要： | 在全面建设小康社会及社会主义和谐社会建设的进程中,中国农村的发展被置于更为重要的地位,农村教育起着"基础性、先导性、全局性"的作用,着眼于全面建设小康社会的目标与要求,农村基础教育功能需要拓展:一是挖掘基础教育自身功能没有得到完全发挥的问题;二是在基础教育自身功能之外延展挖掘和探索的问题,进而发挥农村基础教育在建设社会主义新农村、为"三农"服务中的重要作用。
