| 摘 要： | 实施补偿教育，把农民工纳入国民教育体系，已经成为广大学者的心声。如何实施，某市S社区图书馆利用自身蕴藏的科学知识和理性的思维，丰富农民工文化生活，教育农民工知规、守法、知礼，引导农民工的行为取向，成为农民工补偿教育的重要载体、休闲教育的重要基地、继续社会化的重要场所。随着社区图书馆功能的日益完善，农民工补偿教育模式建构日趋成熟。
