| 摘 要： | 网络和计算机技术发展到今天 ,建设一个网络化信息空间 (如网站、内联网、虚拟社区等 )无论对于集体抑或个人都不是一件难事。但是用户却发现 ,在互联网上充斥的林林总总的网站中 ,有很多外表美观、技术完整、内容丰富 ,却不能找到自己所需的内容。同时 ,花费巨资建设网站的企业也不能决定如何有效放置新内容 ,何时删除旧内容 ,从而使得维护人员并不了解信息的改变状态 ,提供给用户过期的甚至错误信息。之所以出现这种交互失败的问题 ,原因就在于建网站时没有进行整体的信息空间构建设计 ,由此造成网络信息空间混乱 (如信息检索表述难、网站…
