| Abstract: | Famous trademark refers to the trademark has been well known by public concerned and has a higher reputation in China. After the trademark is established, the enterprise should insistently make great efforts to protect the top brand. Due to the huge influence on the market of famous trademark, it is becoming particularly important to strengthen the legal protection to famous trademark. |
