| 摘 要： | 普通高中如何加快建设与发展?笔者认为，一方面需要政策的支持与扶持，另一方面也需要普通高中加强自身建设，在办学定位、内部管理、塑造品牌等方面全面加强建设与管理。本文从我校办学实际出发，开展了对普通高中的实践研究。
