陕西高校体育的现状调查与思考

通过对陕西37所普通高校的检查与评估，现况表明，制约学校体育发展的主要因素有4条：(1)领导不重视是学校体育发展缓慢的首要因素．(2)经费投入太少，场地面积不足，设施条件落后是制约学校体育发展的主要因素．(3)体育学科建设落后，师资队伍学历偏低，体育科研与改革意识滞后是制约学校体育发展的主观因素．(4)经济不发达是制约学校体育发展的客观因素．通过对现状的分析和研究，提出加强和改进学校体育工作的意见和建议．本文采用问卷调查、实地考察、询问座谈、汇报检查、对照评价以及归类汇总、数理统计等多种形式与研究方法；其资料与数据来源于各评估院校；并依据有关法规和文件，使用评估评价表进行评价．

Investigation and Consideration of P.E.at Tertiary Level in Shanxi Province

The inspection and evaluation of the 37 universities in Shanxi Province shows that there are four major factors which hinder the development of physical education: 1. The most-important factor is that the leaders pay no attention the development of physical education. 2. The major factors are that funds and space are not enough, that facilities and training conditions are backward. 3. The subjective factors are that the physical education discipline is backward, that the educational level of the teaching staff is relatively low, and that the staff members are not conscious of the scientific study and reform of physical education. 4. The objective factor is that the economy of shanxi province is not developed. Having analyzed and studied the present situation, the author puts forward some suggestions to strengthen and improve the physical education at tertiary level. The methods used are through questionnaire,field inspection, seminar, examining reports, comparing evaluation, grouping together problems of a similar nature and statistics based on the data from the universities evaluated, with evaluation forms according to the laws and documents.
