提高光栅检测精度的四倍频电路

摘    要:针对本系运动控制实验室的QH-200光栅,提出了由四个积分型单稳态电路构成的四倍频电路来提高光栅的检测精度,介绍了该四倍频电路的设计原理和硬件电路的实现方法.为了检测该四倍频电路的实际功能和效果,给出了由51单片机构成的两相方波信号发生器的程序流程图.

Abstract:Point to QH-200 grates which amounted in motion Lab of our department, the paper offered the four times the frequency of circuit made of four integrated type monostable circuit which can improve the accuracy of grate. The article introduced the design principle and the diagram of hardware circuit. At the same time, for check the effect of the circuit, offered the program for two phases square-wave signal generator, which was made up of 89C51 controller.
