| Abstract: | In the new time,if leaders want to cultivate their innovation quality,they should do by following: Keep peace with the time,emancipate their minds and keep on renew their thought idea;Do effort to renew their content of knowledge,optimize their knowledge structure and make knowledge system perfect;Display one's activity well and go on grasping new skills;Mold healthy psychology and raise good emotion quality. |
