Burnout:Normality in Teachers' Professional Career

From the sociological perspective,professional burnout,which not only has a certain historical origin but also exists throughout every stage of teacher's career,refers to a state of physical and mental fatigue caused by some social situation.To let teachers accept and diminish the state of burnout peacefully and effectively,we should have an objective analysis and liquidation of the reasons for teachers' burnout and its inevitability.
