倦怠:教师职业生涯的一种常态

摘    要:从社会学的视角理解,职业倦怠是指人在职业生涯中因社会生活的某种情境而出现的一种身体和精神疲惫的状态。教师职业倦怠不仅具有一定的历史渊源,而且贯穿于教师职业生涯的每个阶段。客观分析和清算教师职业倦怠产生的原因,正确认识和看待教师职业倦怠产生的必然性,可以有效地使教师以平和的心态接受并努力减少其职业本身所带来的"倦怠"。

Abstract:From the sociological perspective,professional burnout,which not only has a certain historical origin but also exists throughout every stage of teacher's career,refers to a state of physical and mental fatigue caused by some social situation.To let teachers accept and diminish the state of burnout peacefully and effectively,we should have an objective analysis and liquidation of the reasons for teachers' burnout and its inevitability.
