独生子女大学生体质健康促进因素探析

摘    要:采用问卷调查和测量统计法,对独生子女大学生的体质健康因素进行实证研究。结果发现,独生子女大学生对体育有兴趣,但对有一定强度的运动项目冷落;饮食营养状况优于非独生子女大学生,符合我国膳食营养素供给量标准;良好的营养使独生子女在运动时的无氧阅和最大摄氧量处于良好状态;在评价体质健康状态的3因素中,形态指标优越于同年龄人群,而机能指标和体能中的某单项指标令人堪忧。建议:端正体育教学指导思想,制订有效措施,激励师生共同为独生子女大学生的体质健康构筑坚实依托。

Abstract:Through using the method of questionnaire and statistics ,this paper made analysis on physical fitness health factors of college students who living in only child family. The result showed that those college students had interesting in physical activity, but disliked the events with certain intensity. The nutrition condition of those college students was superior to college students who living in many child family,and met the requirement of national quantity-supplied standard. Good the nutrition condition made their anaerobic threshold and maximum oxygen uptake being well as they did physical exercise. At the three factors that evaluating physical health condition,the index of physique was superior to same age group ,while the signal index of function and physical ability was dissatisfactory. It suggests that we should correct the physical education guidelines, establish the effective measurements and encourage the teachers and students to build the solid foundation on physical health of college students who living in one child family.
