| 摘 要： | 首先对信息系统安全风险进行了分析与评估,指出信息安全管理的重要性及其体系,然后就安全管理中的特权分化安全原则,即“三权分立”进行阐述,结合当前存在的成功系统应用案例进行了剖析．最后给出了基于分权的安全智能卡集成系统应用研究实例．
