| 摘 要： | 注重集体智慧和集体创新是马克思主义固有的理论品质。以胡锦涛为总书记的新一届中央领导集体,通过中央政治局常委集中进行理论创新,利用中央政治局集体学习形式广泛吸纳集体智慧,以中央委员会决议的形式确认集体智慧的理论成果,创立和丰富了科学发展观。这充分表明,科学发展观的理论创新具有鲜明的集体创新特色。
