图书馆读者满意度综合定量评价研究

摘    要:文章有效地应用模糊综合评判方法对图书馆读者满意度进行评价,采用定性与定量相结合,以服务实绩为指标,以最大限度地满足读者的需求为衡量尺度,全面客观地反映图书馆的服务质量。经实例验证,评判结果与实际情况基本一致。

Abstract:The paper effectively applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to the library readers' satisfaction degree for evaluation, uses qualitative and quantitative methods by taking the performance as index and meeting the needs of readers as best scale, and objectively and comprehensively reflects the service quality of a library. As a result, the examples of validation and evaluation results are approximately identical to the actual situation.
