| 摘 要： | 当代职业妇女普遍面临社会角色和家庭角色的冲突,她们既要事业(社会角色),又要生活(家庭角色),然而事业与生活有时是矛盾的,于是职业女性就出现了多重角色的困惑。本文探讨了双重角色困惑的个人及社会原因,企图寻找一条使双重角色统一的路子。
