| 摘 要： | 第三方支付平台的发展解决了电子商务的瓶颈之一——安全支付问题，从而为电子商务的繁荣奠定了基础。而支付宝等第三方支付平台的运营与完善的金融网络密不可分。但是随着支付宝等第三方支付平台的发展与壮大，银行与它们的关系也有了微妙的变化，支付宝与银行开始呈现出竞争与合作的关系。
