| 摘 要： | 为了高效处理喷漆过程中的油漆废水，防止其污染环境危害人体健康，以三聚氰胺为原料制备出一种新型高效的漆雾凝聚剂．其中，消粘剂A主要由三聚氰胺和甲醛为原料来制备，并用过氧化氢去除反应过行程中少量游离的甲醛；凝聚剂B主要由阴离子和阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺混合制得．当A与B的体积比为1：1时，其凝聚效果最好，此时漆雾去除率可高达98％，漆雾凝聚剂成本仅为1．6元／kg，具有明显的性价比竞争优势．

| Abstract: | In order to dispose paint wastewater efficiently to avoid polluting the environment,the ex- periment takes melamine as the main material to make a new type of efficient paint mist coagulant. Adhe- sives A is mainly made from melamine formaldehyde,with hydrogen peroxidemist added to remove residual formaldehyde, while flocculant B is the product of anionic and cationic polyacrylamide blend. The best ratio of A and B is 1 ＂ 1,then the removal rate can reach up to 98.8% and the cost is merely 1.6 yuan/kg,a price with obvious competitive advantage. |
