| 摘 要： | 大学生情绪管理是我国高校教育管理发展到现代化阶段的一种全新的管理理念和管理方式。当前高校大学生情绪管理的方式存在诸多问题,大学生对情绪管理的内涵和意义认识模糊,对当前高校情绪管理的效果不很满意,辅导员在大学生情绪管理中未发挥出应有的作用。建立"学校、辅导员、大学生"三维立体的高校大学生情绪管理模型,是高校大学生情绪管理的创新性思路。

| Abstract: | The emotional management of college students is a new management philosophy and management style at the current phase in which China’s higher-education management has developed.At present there are many emotional issues in the management way,including the vague understanding of the connotation and significance of emotional management from college students,the dissatisfaction with the current effect of emotional management in universities,the failure of counselors to play their due role in the emotional management of college students.It is an innovative idea of emotional management of college students to build the three-dimensional model with "schools,counselors and students" of emotional management of college students. |
