| 摘 要： | 信息化、网络化水平的发展,促使政府信息化建设和电子政务水平的提高。通过实地调研,淮北市信息资源发展和共享建设中存在着政府信息机构职责不明确、信息孤岛现象和网络安全问题,建立政策研究系统的信息资源共享模式需要对政府信息资源进行重组和整合,健全相关法律法规。

| Abstract: | With the development of information technology and network,E-government service has been greatly improved.Through empirical field research,we find some existing problems in the government information resource sharing of Huaibei City,such as duty unclarity of government information sectors,isolated information islands,and network security problems.It is necessary to restructure and integrate government information resource,perfect relevant laws and regularities,in order to improve the government information resource sharing system. |
