非对称薄壁曲面试件压缩及扭转试验辅助夹具的设计与制造

摘    要:针对四种腰骶骨内固定器制品,自行设计、制造了可与MTS809拉扭试验机通用夹头过渡连接的、测试非对称薄壁曲面试件压缩和扭转结构力学性能的辅助夹具。试验结果表明,借助该辅助夹具,实现了试件与通用试验机过渡连接;辅助夹具有效地传递了压缩载荷和扭转载荷,并保持力和力矩中心线在试验过程中始终不变。

Abstract:Sets of assistant grip were designed and fabricated to connect the unsymmetrical thin curved plate specimens with the general grips of MTS809 in compressive and torsional experiment,based on the geometry of four lumbarsacral internal fixers.The test results show that the reliable transition connections were available between the specimen and the general grips of test machine by means of such assistant grips.The compressive load and torque were transferred effectively.The central line of the force and torque were kept fixed during the whole test.
