| 摘 要： | 本文通过对目前我国中医教育现状的分析，提出了培养名医必须从中医基础教育入手，中医药学必须根据自身的学科特点和规律来培养中医人员，不能走捷径，更不能揠苗助长，应该借鉴前辈名老中医的治学之道，来培养新一代名医。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the current status in the basic education of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), this paper puts forward that bringing up famous doctors should start with the basic education of TCM.TCM should bring up herbalist doctors according to their subject characteristics and rules, while should not take a shortcut or help seedling grow by pulling them upward. It points out that we should train new generation of famous herbalist doctors by using the learning way of father famous herbalist doctors for reference. |
