| 摘 要： | 篮球作为一门课程,在高校体育教学中已经广泛开展,但在具体的教学训练中,体育教师更多的是注重对大学生身体素质及篮球基本技术的培养,而在心理和智力等因素的开发上则仍略显不足。文章旨在用教学经验和试验结果制定的综合心理训练方法,辅助常规的教学手段,并对篮球教学中提高心理训练的作用提出建议,以取得满意的教学效果。
