| 摘 要： | 威廉·冯·洪堡是德国著名的高等教育思想家和改革家。通过对其生活的时代背景和社会背景的分析,详细考察洪堡十九世纪初提出的大学理念的基本内涵:大学具有发展科学和培养人才双重职能,大学教育应当把教学与科学研究统一起来;大学教育的目标在于培养"完人",即具有完美无缺的人性,个性和谐、全面发展的人;大学教育必须独立于国家政治之外,力主大学的相对独立与学术自由。
