Practical Thinking on the Vocational Guide Mode of College Students

The content system of full practice on the vocational guide mode of college students is clarified. The building mode with the guaranteen which is making new vocational guide notions, strengthening the building of teacher staff and improving the guide policies is expounded and it can be divided into three stages： the first stage focuses on setting up college students＇ life goals and vocational career plans; the second stage provides vocational guides and strengthens occupation training; the third stage emphasizes college students＇ successful vocation by training vocational strategies and propogating policies.
