A Comparative Study on the two Phases of the Diffusion of Marxism around the October Revolution

There are two different phases for the diffusion of Marxism in China,i.e.the primary translation before and the widespread diffusion after the October Revolution.During the process,the latter phase is not only the inheritance and development on the former basis,but also a kind of transcendence and breakthrough.By contrast,the main subject of the diffusion turned from intellectuals studying in Japan into the early Marxist,the contents of the diffusion extended gradually from fragments into a system,and the social influence expanded from an academic trend into the guidance of the revolutionary practice.Based on the comparative study of the two phases,this article will help us to get a straight and deep insight into the growth of Marxism and the inevitability of its localization in China.
