高校教师年度考核评优中存在不合理现象的原因及其对策

摘    要:高校教师年度考核评优工作的根本目的在于建立“优胜劣汰”的竞争机制和“奖勤罚懒”的激烈机制。在实际操作过程中,此项工作还存在一些不合理因素,为充分发挥年度考核评优工作的作用,应加强领导,规范考核实践行为,完善监督机制,建立相关机制,净化社会环境。

Abstract:The very purpose of college teachers' annual assessment is to etablish the competative mechanisms of survival of the fittest and encouraging mechanisms of rewarding the diligent and punishing the lazy.But in practice,there exist some unreasonable factors. In order to play full use of the annual assessment, we should strengthen the leadership, standardize assessment operation, improve supervision system, establish relative mechanisms and purify social enviroment.
