The Policy Evolution and The Role of Japan's ODA to China

Japan's Official Development Aids to China has played a very important role in Sino-Japanese relationship and the implementation mainly includes Yen loads,free aid and technical cooperation. During nearly 30 years of the implementation,Japan's ODA were paused or limited or reduced and so on. In 2008,Yen loads were ceased and Japan's ODA underwent great adjustment in terms of aid mode and major fields to be aided. This paper analyzes the background,policy evolution and the role of Japan's ODA to China.
