文章基于理论基础及概念分析,对面向用户进行公共信息服务集成的必要性进行了探讨。强调在对用户需求进行分析的基础上,面向用户进行公共信息服务集成主要考虑内容集成和渠道集成两方面,并提出了集成策略及一些保障措施。

Study on Delivering Integrated Public Information Service to Customers

Based on analyzing theory basis and concept,this paper discusses the necessity of delivering integrated public information service to customers.And it stresses that,at the basis of analyzing customers’ need,delivering integrated public information service to customers mainly considers content integration and channel integration,and sets out integrated strategy and some measures.
