摘 要: | 本文在论述坚持以人为本与激活人力资源辩证关系的基础上,指出利用科学管理方法,建立由选聘双方共同参与的人力资源优化配置系统的创新做法,并对合肥联通利用人力资源配置优化系统进行以人为本的人力资源管理创新实践进行了系统介绍。

Abstract: | Based on the discussion on the dialectical relationship between the people-oriented policy and activating human resource, this paper designated the method oft establishing a Person-Post Matching Optimization system which the company and it' s staff to participate in by scientific management, and introduced the innovation practice of Hefei Unicom which uses the Person-Post Matching Optimization system. |
