示范性高职院校建设中的师德立意

师德建设是教师队伍建设的核心,也是示范性高职院校建设的应有之意。师德方面的"三不"问题能否解决直接决定示范性高职院校能否发挥其"示范性"。高职院校必须将师德建设当作头等大事来抓,要把师德建设作为学校精神文明建设及教育教学工作考核的主要内容;从教师个人来讲应该高度重视自身的师德修养,围绕着搞好"教育服务"这一宗旨,彻底完成从中专到高职的思想理念的转变。
