| 摘 要： | 文章在论述以人为本科学管理理念的基础上，针对当前构建和谐棒园的新要求，总结高校教育管理应确立以人为本理念的必然性，在此基础上分析传统高校教育管理模式的不足与弊端，进而提出全面、系统、科学的以人为本的高校教育管理模式，以适应构建和谐社会、和谐校园的形势需要。
