论唐代监察制度的承续与完善

中国古代封建监察制度始于秦汉，经魏晋南北朝进一步发展，到隋唐日趋完善。唐代的监察制度主要表现为：御史监察系统的统一和完善；专门的规谏机关、谏官种类增多；地方监察制度完备；选官制度更趋合理。皇权不断得到加强和推崇，也使中国封建社会的整个监察体制更趋合理，且日臻成熟。
